Drilling Fluids Mud Desilter for Mud Circulating System , with Short Delivery and High Efficiency
Drilling Desilter is the solids control equipment with a set of hydrocyclones that separate sand from the drilling fluids. Desilter is the third phase solids control equipment to treat the drilling fluids and improves the performance of drilling mud. It can be combined with desander to be mud cleaner called all in one machine. Generally, the cone diameter of desander is 8’’ and 10’’ which can separated the solids in fluids from 15μm to 47μm.
Our TRCN series desilter is mainly used for separating 15-44μm solid particles in drilling fluids. At present, TRCN series desilter manufactured is widely used in oil & gas drilling, horizontal directional drilling, coal bed methane drilling, bored piling, drilling waste management, tunnel and other trenchless project.
