Product Introduction

Power swivel is a drilling equipment used at trial repair, with a hydraulic motor driving it to rotate. At trial repair, it drives drilling tools to rotate instead of rotary table. The product has been widely used for sand wash-over, drilling out and shallow oil gas drilling and coal gas drilling.

Power swivel is hydraulically driven by diesel engine or others engines selected as required. The entire swivel is of skid construction, convenient for transportation, installation and commissioning. Its body is hydraulically driven, with speed step-less regulated. The lower the speed, the larger the torque is.

• The Swivelcomplies with the American Petroleum Institute APLSpec 8c PSL1 product specification.
• Low temperature resistant Swivels for use in alpine regions can also be provided according to customer requirements.
• The flushing pipe packing assembly adopts a box structure, which can be quickly replaced on the drill floor without removing the hose and gooseneck.
• Optional 3LP and 4LP inner and outer spiral water hose joint threads.
• Ordinary Swivels are mainly composed of lifting ring, gooseneck tube, packing device, shell, central tube main bearing and joints. The lower joint is connected to the kelly rod through the standard thread, and the upper lifting ring is hooked. The neck tube and the hose can be connected by a standard threaded joint union as required.
