Jet Mud Mixer For Petroleum Drilling And Horizontal Directional Drilling(HDD)
Main Introduction
Jet mud mixer is a combination of centrifugal pump and mixing hopper with pipelines. It is scientifically designed to be the optimal solution for mixing of both mud bulk material and mud additive chemicals into the drilling fluid. TRSLH series jet mud mixer is made up of one set(or multi-set) centrifugal pump and one set(or multi-set) jet mixing hopper installed in a base. Its hopper and centrifugal pump either can be combined to use or be installed separately.
Jet mud mixer is a special equipment to prepare and increase drilling fluids weight by adding and mixing bentonite. It changes density, viscosity and dehydration of drilling fluids. The effect is more prominent matching with shear pump. Our TRSLH series jet mud mixer is a unit used together with other solids control system for oil & gas drilling, trenchless tunnelling and horizontal directional drilling. We can manufacture duplex jet mud mixer according to user’s requirements.
TRSLH series jet mud mixer can be matched with other drilling solids control system. It’s safe and reliable, and easy to move. It can enhance dispersion effect of material, improve pressure head of mixed liquid, make the material recycle and mix enough in the mud tank.
Benefits of TRSLH Series Jet Mud Mixer
1. The jet mixing hopper and sand pump can either be combined or be installed separately, and they are connected by pipelines and valves. Seals adopt packing and mechanical double seal, which have good sealing performance.
2. Single jet mud mixer is composed of one sand pump, one jet mixing hopper that are installed in a base with pipe valves. Duplex jet mud mixer is composed of two sand pumps and two jet mixing hoppers.
3. Jet mud mixer can change the density, viscosity and water loss effectively, and also enhance material dispersion effect, improve the mixed liquid pressure head, so that the material in the tank fully mixed.
