After 20-day tense production, TR completed 3 sets TRZYQ800 mud gas separators with related pipeline accessories successfully. They will be sent to Tianjin Port, then deliver to our Egyptian client. This is the continuous order following previous shale shaker and mud cleaner. They will be used to support client’s oil and gas drilling.

Regarding TRZYQ800 mud gas separator client ordered at this time, its capacity is 180m3/h, the main body diameter is 800mm. Inlet pipe diameter is DN100mm, and output pipe is DN150mm. It has below advantages:

• Separates free gas accumulations especially toxic gases from drilling mud system.
• Reduces Hazardous Gas Threat. The separated gas is carried by vent lines to a remote location and flares.
• Fail-safe gas delivery can be controlled by a back-pressure manifold valve in the flare line.
