The model they chose is model TRZYQ800 with capacity of 180m3/h finally. Main body diameter of this model is 800mm. Rightly we have suitable model in stock at our warehouse. After final check and test run, it has been shipped out from our factory, and will arrive client’s drilling field soon.

TRZYQ800 is representative and popular mud gas separator model in our company. It is mainly used to remove the enormous free gas from drilling fluids, including poisonous gases like H2S. TR mud gas separator is designed to provide effective separation of the mud and gas circulated from the well by venting the gas and returning the mud to the tank. It is mainly used to remove the big bubbles with the diameter of ≥Φ3mm, most of which are the expanded gas filled in the drilling fluids.
