The muddy water produced by cleaning cuttings can form mud cake after dosing, destabilization, flocculation and solid-liquid separation, they can be used to burn bricks mixed with clay and shale for waste utilization. The separated filtrate water is pretreated by destabilization, flocculation, air flotation, oxidation and adsorption filtration to remove the main pollutants and can be used for oil field injection, re-injection of safety strata or discharge standards. Sewage treated by the sewage treatment system can achieve discharge standards, so not only save costs for the customer but also protect environment to a large extent.
