Main Introduction
TRG series screw pump is characterized by smooth flow rate, small pressure pulsation, good self-priming ability, low noise, high efficiency, long service life, and reliable operation. Its outstanding advantage is that when conveying medium it does not form eddy currents and is not sensitive to the viscosity of medium. Therefore, it is widely used in drilling waste management currently.
Medium by uniform axial flow, generation of internal flow velocity is low, volume is kept constant, the pressure is stable, so that it can't be product vortex and churn, because of the stator of a variety of elastic material, so the G type screw pump of high viscosity fluid 80% transmission and containing hard suspended particles medium or medium containing fiber transmission,Has the general pump type is not competent for the characteristics.

Widely Material Selection.
For the purpose of different application in fields, different metal materials can be selected from cast iron, NiCr steel to acid resisting material, Hastelloy alloy, and titanium alloy. Spring materials which are friction, oil, acid and alkali resisting can be selected such as natural rubber, NBR, EPR, and fluoro rubber. For strong erosion medium, pottery or plastics can be selected. When spring material cannot be selected for the reason of high temperature or the medium has some chemical elements, hard material stator or rigid stator can be selected.
Multi Axial Seal Forms
As per customers requirement, mechanical seals from single end surface mechanical seal (with/without rapid cooling), double end surface mechanical seal (back-to-back and series mechanical seal) to diaphragm seal; also packing seal, water loop seal and special seal can be selected. For toxicity hazard medium, non-leakage magnetic drive can be provided.
