The Model DWY-1 Electrical Stability Tester is a kind of instrument used mainly to measure the relative stability of water in oil (w/o) emulsion. In addition, the electrical resistance caused by impurity present in electrolytic solution and the stability to time can be predicted from the measurements of the relative emulsion stability.
